We’re grateful because we’re reminded of the many great relationships we have with customers, and how happy they are with our work and the results they experience. That’s why when this most recent review came through we thought we’d share. Sometimes carpeting or upholstery has that lived-in look and we forget about cleaning. Then once cleaning is done, things look so good we’re reminded of why we loved them in the first place.
We’re not entirely opposed to critique either. As an established business serving the Twin Cities for so many years, we’re bound to have some instances where things don’t go perfectly. That’s ok, we’re here to make things right when this happens. Ultimately, we want to see our customers happy each and every time we do carpet or upholstery cleaning, whether the first time you encounter our services, or the regular superior cleaning you’ve come to expect from us.
