Q4 How long does it take for carpet or upholstery to dry after the cleaning?
A4 Usually dries in about 8-10 hours but 24 hours maximum always recommended.
Q5 Do you charge more for cleaning spots?
A5 Not usually. I do my best to remove all spots at no extra charge; however, specialty work like pet urine, Kool-Aid, or wine stains can be difficult to remove and require multiple trips which would require an additional charge.
